Operation steps
1. Fulfill the oil tank.
2. Connect the three-phase 380V.50HZ power.
3. Press "start".
4. If parameters need to change, enter "set".
5. Different working mode choose different operation.
6. At automatic mode or working by stepping foot switch, step foot switch or press any button to stop the machine immediately. The machine memorizes the current working process step the foot switch again the machine will go on the former processing. When encounter sudden power cut, the machine can also memorize the current working state. When power on, step the foot switch and go on the processing.
A,Manual operation
Refer to working mode, press "pipe clamping","plane-of bend die onward" to let the machine work step by step. Release the button. Stop the machine immediately. Step the foot switch to the (semi) automatic mode.
B,Semi-automatic operation
Refer to working mode.
1,Position the pipe
2,Step the foot switch
3,Bend pipe automatically
4,Plane-of bend die back and take out pipe
5,Step the foot switch(except automatic mode)
6,Back bending, plane-of bend die onward
7,Count display
8,Repeat step 1-7,bend next pipe until the current count reaches the set scale. The screen will show "processing finished".
C,Automatic
Similar to semi-automatic mode. Just different in steps.
