Safety operating procedures for pipe bending machines

1. The operator must receive training on the safety operating procedures of the pipe bending machine, be familiar with the structure, performance, principle, daily maintenance and programming of the machine, and pass the assessment before operation.
2. During the operation of the pipe bending machine, no one is allowed to be near the range of pipe bending stroke, and protective warning signs are set up. When prying pipes, stand firmly to prevent slipping and injury from the pry bar. Operators can only stand on the outside.
3. Check the surroundings of the workplace and remove any debris that may hinder work and traffic. There should be no oil stains on the ground to prevent slipping. Workpieces should be stacked neatly and firmly to prevent collapse and injury to people.
4. Adjust the required position and angle of the parts.
5. Check if the protective device on the pipe bending machine is intact. If it is not installed properly, do not drive. The intermediate frequency pipe bending machine should have good grounding and electrical insulation, and the voltage should be stable.
6. Start the oil pump and check if the system pressure remains within the specified range. If it is too high, it may damage hydraulic components and waste power. If it is too low, it may affect operation.
7. Adjust the vertical lifting guide rail so that the mold pressing cylinder can move forward and clamp the iron pipe tightly.
8. Normal operation: Place the workpiece into the bending die, with the front end in contact and positioning, and press the foot switch to complete it.
9. During the empty car test run, check whether the mechanical operation is normal and whether the electrical switches are sensitive and functional. After everything is normal, proceed with the work.
10. Before operation, first check whether each lubrication point is lacking oil, whether the movement mechanism is loose, and whether the safety protection device is reliable. Only after confirmation can the operation be carried out
11. When two people work at the same time, they should work closely together and coordinate consistently. A dedicated person should be designated to operate the switch. Do not chat or laugh with others during operation to prevent accidental actions.
12. When the machine tool is in operation, the operator must not leave the machine tool.
13. When bending, focus your mind and do not put your hands or other objects in the work area. In case of emergency, press the emergency stop button, then turn the rotary switch to the manual position and reset it manually. If a malfunction occurs, report it for repair in a timely manner.
14. After the work is completed, cut off the power and do a good job of cleaning and lubrication.
