(2) AC servo control system for pipe bending machine
The servo control system is used to drive and control the Y, B, and C axes to achieve precise control of feeding, rotation, and bending actions. It mainly includes three sets of Panasonic AC servo, grating ruler, encoder, etc. The YBC axis is controlled by either a semi closed loop or a full closed loop, which has high control accuracy and can meet the accuracy requirements of the control system.
(3) Hydraulic control system of pipe bending machine
The hydraulic control system is a general open-loop control used to control auxiliary actions such as clamping and follow-up, mainly including hydraulic pumps, hydraulic pump motors, solenoid valves, hydraulic cylinders and other components. The system uses detection components such as proximity switches and limit switches to control the movement of the hydraulic cylinder through electromagnetic valves according to a certain logic, achieving auxiliary action control.
