Hydraulic forming principle: Place the raw material tube into the mold, and press the punches at both ends of the tube under the action of the hydraulic cylinder to seal the inside of the tube. The liquid channel in the punch injects liquid into the tube, and at the same time, the upper mold moves downward to form a closed mold cavity. The high-pressure pump and valve control the increase of liquid pressure, and the punch pushes the tube, causing the tube wall to deform close to the mold and obtain the desired shape of the product.
